Donna started her career as Bath’s youngest Marks & Spencer manager — but joined Roman Rod when Jeremy set off on his own.
She’s been behind every invoice, every account, and every late-payer-chasing phone call ever since.
While the lads clear the drains, Donna keeps the books (and the business) flowing smoothly.
Roman Rod began 45 years ago with an old van, a couple of drain rods, and a commitment to doing things properly.
Jeremy built this company on the foundations of hard work, fair pricing, and a handshake-level trust that earned us loyal customers for life.
He’s seen it all — recessions, rapid growth, COVID — and kept the business running strong through it all.
These days, he’s semi-retired, but still on hand to offer advice and keep us grounded.
If you see a chilled Border Terrier-Jack Russell riding shotgun in the van, that’s Tommy — Sam’s right-hand pup.
He keeps the team calm on tricky jobs, always happy to say hello, and will probably be snoozing while Sam clears your drain.
(But don’t worry, he guards the van in between naps.)
