Can't recommend Roman Rod highly enough! Sudden discovery of a blocked external drain in the garden which was potentially concerning, but Sam responded almost instantly to my message, said he could come later the same day - in fact turned up earlier than I'd expected, and sorted the whole thing out in less than 15 minutes. He and his colleague were very friendly, reassuring, and calm. Kept me posted on his progress before arrival, too. Fixed price, and no 'hidden' costs. Left the drain flowing freely, and cleaner than it's been in probably a hundred years! Couldn't have wished for a more efficient, prompt, friendly and helpful company to deal with. They did exactly what they promised, when they promised (same day!) and for a good price - why can't all companies be as excellent as Roman Rod!
