Sam was able to come out within about an hour (my job wasn't deperately urgent), cleared the drain quickly and cleared-up a few concerns I had about the drain which was very useful. Friendly, prompt and professional service, highly recommended.

Can't recommend Roman Rod highly enough! Sudden discovery of a blocked external drain in the garden which was potentially concerning, but Sam responded almost instantly to my message, said he could come later the same day - in fact turned up earlier than I'd expected, and sorted the whole thing out in less than 15 minutes. He and his colleague were very friendly, reassuring, and calm. Kept me posted on his progress before arrival, too. Fixed price, and no 'hidden' costs. Left the drain flowing freely, and cleaner than it's been in probably a hundred years! Couldn't have wished for a more efficient, prompt, friendly and helpful company to deal with. They did exactly what they promised, when they promised (same day!) and for a good price - why can't all companies be as excellent as Roman Rod! Thanks guys - hope I won't need you again, but I know where to come if I do.

Roman Rod, what a great company to deal with. Squeezed in my job then offered to come earlier when they had made up some time. Sam was quick, efficient, respectful and explained everything clearly. I hope I won’t have to use the again soon but if you need a drain unblocked, I won’t hesitate to highly recommend them. A very reasonable price too.
